Privacy at the heart of the architecture — not bolted on.

We are mindful of the recent Angolan context:

  • Predator case (February 2026): an Angolan journalist was targeted with spyware.
  • NGO Bill (passed by the Assembly, 22 Jan. 2026) — criticised by HRW.
  • Online disinformation Bill (passed in general terms, 22 Jan. 2026).
  • National Security Bill — contested by the Ordem dos Advogados.
